Delicious low-cal "pizza"

Whether you're on a diet or you just want more nutrients than a pizza oozing grease this is a great and delicious recipe. You can really substitute any vegetable, I just like spinach and onions :)

1whole grain flatbread, I chose Flat-out brand
2C shredded spinach (frozen)
1/2C onion, diced
1/4C low-fat cheese
0 Calorie butter spray
Tomato paste (I used about a third of a small can, a little goes a long way)
Salt and spices to taste.

Spray the butter spray on the flat bread (not too much, it says 0 Cals, but that's only because of the serving size). Put the flatbread on a baking sheet and spread with tomato paste. Sprinkle with salt and spices (Italian seasonings work best). Spread the spinach evenly over the tomato sauce, and then add the onions. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes (really any temperature will work and just bake until done).
Enjoy! (And don't feel guilty, the whole thing is only about 300 Calories!)
